Identify an Adult Household Resident

You are representing a client who was involved in a motor vehicle accident, caused by a third party. The defendant driver does not have an automobile liability insurance policy. However, you know this individual lives in a residence with several other people, one of whom may have auto insurance. Since their coverage may apply to this defendant (as they live in the same residence), identifying these adult household residents could lead to applicable insurance coverage for your case.

Request this information when it would be necessary to identify a list of potential auto policy holders (excluding the named Defendant) who resided at the target address on the date of loss.

To order this service, please complete the Identify Adult Household Resident Request Form. On this form, please supply us with all of the following information:

  1. Name of the Defendant
  2. Address of the Defendant
  3. If you wish to place a cap on the number of individuals identified

Once we have completed our investigative search, we will provide you with the full name, date of birth and/or social security number of adult residents in the same household. Once this information is provided, it will be up to the attorney to identify any relative/family relationship.
